Cellint has completed the implementation of the expanded phase in Southern Sweden
Following the successful delivery of phase one in Skåne Region and the decision of the Swedish Road Administration to extend the term of this project and to expand it significantly, Cellint’s scope was expanded by 60% and it has started to deliver real-time traffic data over most of the main roadways in that area.

Cellint announces a UMTS platform
Cellint announces that its applications are being adapted to UMTS, as a 1st step in complying with all types of 3G networks. The alpha test confirmed that Cellint’s systems maintain their accuracy also for UMTS and in some scenarios even exceeds the performance of the 2G systems.

Cellint and GDOT accomplished a breakthrough milestone in the US for cellular-based traffic monitoring solutions
Cellint’s contract for covering part of metro area Atlanta was renewed by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) after a successful independent evaluation. This is an unprecedented achievement since it’s the first commercial agreement of any cellular-based system in the US to be awarded such an extension.
